1. Product Design
Our cakes feature exclusive designs by Brenda’s Cake. The cake will be provided as shown in the product photo. No changes or modifications to the design, size, color, or flavor are permitted.

2. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any reason or circumstance, except as required by applicable law.

3. Important Allergy Notice
THIS CAKE IS ALMOND FLAVORED.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that anyone consuming this product does not have an allergy to almonds or any of its ingredients.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges being informed of the product’s flavor and accepts responsibility for communicating this information to anyone consuming the cake.

4. Product Pickup
PICKUP HOURS: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location and arriving on the scheduled date during the designated pickup hours.

5. Proof of Purchase Required
Customers MUST PRESENT THEIR PURCHASE CONFIRMATION EMAIL received after completing payment.
NO CAKE WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE.

6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
BY COMPLETING MY PAYMENT, I, AS THE CUSTOMER, CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.

Términos y condiciones de compra

1. Diseño del producto
Nuestros bizcochos son elaborados con diseños exclusivos de Brenda’s Cake. El producto se entrega tal como aparece en la fotografía. No realizamos cambios ni modificaciones en el diseño, tamaño, color o sabor.

2. Política de no devolución
TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES. No realizamos devoluciones de dinero por ninguna razón o circunstancia, salvo cuando lo exija la ley aplicable.

3. Aviso importante sobre alergias
ESTE BIZCOCHO ES SABOR ALMENDRA.
El cliente es responsable de verificar que ninguna persona que vaya a consumir el producto tenga alergia a la almendra o a cualquiera de sus ingredientes.
Al realizar la compra, el cliente reconoce haber sido informado sobre el sabor del producto y asume la responsabilidad de comunicar esta información a quienes lo consuman.

4. Recogida del producto
HORARIO DE RECOGIDA: 11:00 A.M. A 4:00 P.M.
El cliente es responsable de seleccionar correctamente la localidad de recogida y cumplir con la fecha y el horario establecidos al momento de realizar su compra.

5. Comprobante de compra obligatorio
Para recoger su bizcocho, ES OBLIGATORIO PRESENTAR EL EMAIL DE CONFIRMACIÓN DE COMPRA recibido después de completar el pago.
SIN COMPROBANTE DE COMPRA NO SE ENTREGARÁ EL PRODUCTO.

6. Aceptación de términos y condiciones
AL REALIZAR EL PAGO, YO, COMO CLIENTE, CONFIRMO QUE HE LEÍDO, COMPRENDIDO Y ACEPTADO TODOS LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DESCRITOS ANTERIORMENTE.
